I will stamp all over 'legitimate combatant' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.

British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.

Ex two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.

Boxer's Attitude

"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.

"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul rather targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.

"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Fighter

Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Paul's History

Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.

He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

Still, the novice is still one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.

Forecast and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.

Size Difference

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is actually happening.
